DRY99 provides laundry, dry-cleaning, pickup and delivery services through its website and mobile applications. This policy describes the information handled to operate those services.
Information we handle
We handle your name, phone number, email address, Firebase account identifier, pickup and delivery addresses, saved latitude/longitude, orders, services, items, payment method/status and gateway references, wallet and promotional information, referrals, plans and subscriptions, support requests, and notification tokens. The app may access a selected gallery image for UPI payment confirmation.
Location
With permission, the app accesses precise foreground location to help select or validate a serviceable address. Location may be saved with an address and shared with the DRY99 store, Hub, or Rider handling fulfilment. The app does not request background location.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, manage orders, arrange pickup and delivery, calculate prices and promotions, reconcile payments, send notifications, provide support, prevent misuse, and maintain service and transaction records.
Service providers and sharing
Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Messaging and App Check), Google Maps/geocoding, Razorpay, and Meta/Facebook App Events may process relevant information to provide their services. Order and contact details may be shared with DRY99 stores, Hubs, and Riders strictly to fulfil your request. WhatsApp, email, or telephone providers may receive information when you contact support. DRY99 does not directly store card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials based on the current app implementation; Razorpay handles online payment credentials.
Retention and deletion
No fixed retention periods are currently published. Some account-associated data may be deleted or anonymized after a verified request, while orders, invoices, payment, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, and transaction records may reasonably be retained when required for legal or legitimate business purposes. Franchise and Business Enquiries
When you submit a DRY99 Hub or franchise enquiry, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, phone number, email (if provided), city and locality, occupation or business information, preferred investment range, and enquiry details. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, evaluate and communicate regarding a potential DRY99 Hub or business relationship, and maintain relevant business enquiry records. We do not publish a fixed retention period for these records.
Security
DRY99 uses reasonable technical and access-control protections, including authenticated services, Firestore security rules, App Check, and encrypted network transport where supported. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@dry99.in. The operator may update this policy by publishing a revised date. DRY99 does not knowingly target children where prohibited by applicable law.
